The community of Weinburg is renovating the elementary school including the gym. For this purpose, an analysis of the current situation is carried out in order to check the renovation options and the further use and expansion options. Subsequently, an existing energy certificate will be created and implementation ideas will be developed. Based on the result of the space requirement survey of the state of Lower Austria, the basics for the requirement profile for a general contractor tender with negotiation procedures are worked out together with the representatives of the community and the primary school. In addition, we are examining the funding options for the renovation project.
