We take over the tender management for the renovation of the school building of the NMS Orth an der Donau. This includes the functional tendering of the entire implementation services including all planning services necessary for the implementation as well as energy saving / consumption guarantees as a total package. The holistic view enables synergies and leads to savings in processing as well as saving resources. This makes it possible to fall back on the negotiation process, which means that optimization suggestions from the bidders can also be incorporated into the project and life cycle costs can be better incorporated, and performance delimitations (e.g. construction stages) can be negotiated.

In the summer of 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony for the general renovation of the almost 50-year-old building took place. We continue to accompany the project and take care of the processing of all environmentally relevant subsidies.
