The municipality of Sitzendorf a.d. Schmida is building a school campus for the elementary school, the Individual Support Center (IFZ) and the middle school with a multifunctional gym that is also suitable for events. The project will be implemented on the primary school property. For this purpose, an analysis of the current situation is carried out in order to examine the possibility of renovation and the further possibilities of use and expansion. Subsequently, an existing energy certificate will be created and implementation ideas will be developed. Based on the result of the space requirement survey of the state of Lower Austria, the basics for the requirement profile for a general contractor tender with negotiation procedures are worked out together with the representatives of the community and the elementary school.
